Unsere Touren führen tief in den Valle de Guadalupe, Valle de Ojos Negros und nach Ensenada, um die verborgenen Schätze jenseits der typischen Touristenpfade aufzudecken. Explore the charming Valle de Ojos Negros on our cheese and wine tour. This delightful journey takes you through the scenic landscapes east of Ensenada, where you will taste exquisite cheeses paired with local wines. Our first stop will meet the winemaker Pepe Pedrosa, local produce and owner of Infinito Winery (Subject to availability). After, we will move to Rancho La Campana, where you can taste artisan cheeses paired with quality wines and other craft products in the underground cellar at La Cava de Marcelo. Learn about Ramonetti family, producing cheese and dairy products from 1911, and the cheese making process on a guided tour at their facilities. Enjoy lunch at Casa de Marcelo’s gourmet restaurant.
