Guests are welcome to observe, learn, and participate in preparation if they wish. The cacao served during the evening gathering is toasted and ground on site, sweetened with our own honey from nearby apiaries. The cenote is located within the property. Life vests are provided, and access is supervised. March through early summer offers the best climate for swimming. Evenings include a bonfire under the stars.
